Verify that sender and recipient support the same network and the exact asset contract. Matching names or address formats do not mean a receiving platform supports the chain.

Connecting a wallet, signing a message, approving tokens and sending a transaction are different actions. Read the target contract, permissions and amount in the wallet prompt. Never enter your seed phrase or private key on this site.

Keep the transaction hash and use the correct explorer to verify status. Review old approvals. Revoking them generally costs gas and does not recover assets already transferred away.
