Record the transaction hash and network before sending again. Submission is not block inclusion. If there is no hash, check whether the wallet broadcast the transaction; an explorer miss may reflect a wrong network or delay.

Pending means confirmation is not yet established. Failed means you must inspect the receipt and consumed gas. If successful on-chain but uncredited by a platform, check the recipient, asset, deposit network and required confirmations.

Share only the public hash, network, expected asset, time and redacted screenshots with support. Never share seed phrases, private keys or remote-control access. Acceleration and replacement rules differ across networks.
